The questions we get asked most
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. We come out, walk the lot, look at the soil and access, and give you a written price with no obligation. If a job does not need what you were told it needs, we say so.
Do you sub any of the work out?
No. Layout, forms, rebar, pour, and finish are our crew, including the ICF and block work. One contact from the first call to the last saw cut.
Which towns do you cover?
Wright County first: Cokato, Dassel, Howard Lake, Annandale, Buffalo, and Delano. We also run to Litchfield, Hutchinson, Monticello, St. Cloud, and the west metro. There is no travel line on quotes for the corridor towns.
How deep do footings go in Wright County?
At least 42 inches below grade under the Minnesota Residential Code, and on new foundations we usually go deeper to reach undisturbed bearing soil.
